In 2016, Private Beach was formed by August Jefferson & Drew Reid - two best friends since elementary school. From meeting in a private school on the East Side of Long Beach, the duo has since set their sights on shaping the culture of hip hop and entertainment both locally and globally.

In the wake of the release of August’s debut mixtape, Private Beach released their trademark “Pursuit of Something” Hoodie. Stylish, soft, and comfortable, the “Pursuit” Hoodies have been the bread and butter of Private Beach coming in both colors of Grey & Black.
